Affordable Care Act - November 2014

2015 will begin the Employer Reporting Requirements known as Section 6055 and 6056.  Whether you are an employer that is 50 to 100 employees, or over 100 employees you will need to read the attached information.  All employers over 50 employees need to comply with the reporting requirements of IRS Section 6055 and 6056.
